Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

1. Payment and Billing

Payment is due at the time of booking for each workshop or coaching session, and CampusReady Coaching will charge your card or bank account through Wix Payment via the CampusReady Coaching website. Receipts will be provided after each charge, and a single charge may include fees for multiple appointments or workshops if a workshop or coaching package is purchased. 

 

2. Package Purchases

Packages of coaching sessions and workshops can be purchased at a discounted rate.

For 8-Workshop Packages, all 8 workshops must be booked and completed within 6 months.

 

For 8-Coaching Session Packages, all 8 sessions must be booked and completed within 12 months.

 

For 4-Coaching Session Packages, all 4 sessions must be booked and completed within 6 months.

 

Refunds will be provided for any unused coaching sessions or workshops that were part of a package purchase and were not used if the refund request is made prior to the expiration of the package.  Unused sessions and workshops from expired packages are not eligible for refunds.

 

3. Canceling or Rescheduling your session

24-Hour Notice: To cancel or reschedule your session, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your appointment or workshop slot to another client on a waitlist.

 

Partial Refund: If you cancel your session or workshop between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment, you will receive a 50% refund.

 

No Refund: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if you cancel your session or workshop less than 24 hours before your appointment.

 

Full refund option: If you cancel your session or workshop at least 48 hours in advance, you have the two options. You can either have the credit immediately available in your CampusReady Coaching account for future bookings or opt for a refund. If you choose a refund, it will be processed within 10 business days, with a 7.5% deduction for bank transaction charges.

 

We understand that unexpected events can occur. If you need to cancel your session due to an emergency, please contact us via email at stephanie.willcoaching@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a suitable solution. 

 

Late arrival to a coaching session or workshop by more than 10 minutes without prior notification could result in a cancellation with no refund or a shortened session or workshop experience.  Shortened sessions or workshops are not able to be rebooked or rescheduled at a discounted price.

 

You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the start time without incurring a fee. More than three requests for rescheduling will result in a conversation with CampusReady Coaching, LLC representatives and a possible termination of services without a refund. 

 

4. Refunds

Requesting a Refund. To request a refund, you must contact us within 30 days from the date of the original payment or the discovery of the overpayment or non-rendered service. Please provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, payment details, a brief explanation for the refund request, and any relevant supporting documentation.

 

Refund Processing. Upon receipt of your refund request, we will review the request and initiate the refund process if it meets the eligibility criteria. Refunds will be processed within approximately 10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise specified and approved. Whether or not to grant a refund request is solely within the discretion of CampusReady Coaching, LLC.

 

Refund Denial. We reserve the right to deny refund requests. Refund requests submitted after the 30-day timeframe will not be considered, unless there are extenuating circumstances deemed acceptable by our billing department.

 

No Refunds for Services Rendered. Refunds will not be issued for services that have been rendered in accordance with the agreed-upon Terms of Service or for any charges that are non-refundable for any reason including, but not limited to applicable law, regulation, guidance, or agreement. Any disputes regarding services rendered should be addressed separately in accordance with our patient dispute resolution process which can be reached via our Contact Us page.

 

Modifications to the Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the refund policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on our website or other appropriate channels.

 

5. Communications

As part of providing services, we may communicate with you, including for purposes such as appointment reminders and announcements. If you have provided us with a cell phone number and email address, we may send you SMS text messages and emails. Text messages and emails are not always secure because they travel over networks that we do not control.

 

By accepting your booking and providing us your cell phone number and email address, you permit us to contact you by SMS text message and email. You may also ask us to stop sending non-appointment-related messages by responding to the messages, including by texting “STOP,” clicking the email link to “unsubscribe,” or by contacting us via our Contact Us page. You understand that you may have to pay data costs to receive SMS text messages that we send to your mobile phone.
